Product Features: The switch comes with 16 10/100Mbps ports, allowing a small workgroup to flexibly integrate to Ethernet and Fast Ethernet. These intelligent ports detect the network speed and auto-negotiate between 100BASE-TX and 10BASE-T, as well as between full and half-duplex.All ports support flow control. This function minimizes dropped packets by sending out collision signals when the port's receiving buffer is full.All ports support auto-negotiation of MDI/MDIX cross over. This eliminates the need for cross over cables or uplink ports. Any port can simply plug to a server, a hub or a switch, using the usual straight-through twisted-pair cable.With 16 plug-and-play ports, the switch is a perfect choice for workgroups to upgrade performance in a client/server environment. The ports can be connected to servers in fullduplex, or hubs in half-duplex.With low-cost connection per-port, the switch can be set up for direct connection from the PCs. This relieves data bottleneck by giving each workstation a dedicated bandwidth on the network.

Free shipping and delivery can be within Lusaka if the value is above ZMK 1000. For all orders below ZMK 1000, a minimal charge will be applied per order. Delivery to Out of Service Areas will incur extra charges as per the location from the shop. The recipient of an international shipment may be subjected to pay Customs Duties or fees as levied by the destination country. We have no control over these charges and are unable to calculate what they may be. International shipping times vary by carrier & destination (7-15 working days)
Exchange or Return is possible only if the product is not damaged or the packaging is not broken
No Exchange or Return shall be made without the Original Invoice provided and the product (including the unit carton) is returned unused and unopened (original seal not broken) along with accessories & FOC (Free of Cost) items, if applicable.

To look into your return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. For returns, it is the customer’s responsibility to deliver the item back to Anfio.
